14 days cooling off period

We will grant you 14 days to judge if your purchase is satisfactory. Within this period you can return the product. You can take a close look at the product just like you would do in a shop and test if it lives up to your expectations. If you have your doubts whether you can still change your product then please contact us on info@alsacast.nl. If you are not all satisfied with the product then please return it to us in the original packing and unused. You can read below how to handle. We will refund your money including the original delivery costs within 14 days. You only have to pay yourself for the return shipment.

Complaints 
It does not happen too often, but it can happen: the product has not received in the correct state. If this is the case, please contact us. We will look at how we can fix this for you. You must, however, after receiving your order to check the product defects. If you notice a defect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Any material and / or manufacturing defects we give 100% guarantee.
Is there anyway to hit something damaged during shipping, please take as soon as possible to contact us so that we can process your complaint quickly. In other defects and / or complaints, for instance caused by misuse, we can not give any guarantees, but we want to do, if possible, repair or restore at a reduced rate. We do this only after consultation with you. In this case you can contact us.

We cannot process your complaint without the above information.
We naturally try to settle your complaint as soon as possible.
